We chose these actors as they feel comfortable on screen, and are happy to spend time working with us. Also they themselves are both friends, meaning that they feel comfortable being filmed more intimately on screen together and also looks more natural. It was also useful that they both have little acting skills as this is a key feature of the social realism genre.
