Script

After looking into how to write an effective script for our trailer and researching other trailers of our genre we realized that our piece may actually be more effective with minimal dialogue. Instead we have decided to focus on portraying emotion and narrative through the acting and the music with an emphasis on sound effects to portray setting and assist the narrative. This is our plan for our dialogue and a list of the foley sound effects we are going to create.

Script

Scene: Introduction at skate park.

(Oli falls off skateboard with Luke watching in background)
Oli: "Ah!"
(Luke walks over to Oli whilst laughing)
Luke: "Do you need a hand?"
(Luke helps Oli off the floor)
Oli: Er, thanks.
Luke: "I’m Luke"
